Is this a subscription? +
No. You pay once for 30 days of the plan. When the 30 days end, your account drops back to the free tier. Nothing renews on its own, ever.
What happens to unused word credits? +
Credits from a paid grant stay on your account after the 30 days end, and the free tier keeps its daily rewrites. You only lose the plan perks: higher daily limits and larger inputs.
Does Starter or Pro change how the rewrite engine writes? +
No. Free, Starter, and Pro all use the same four levels and the same engines. Paid plans raise your limits: more rewrites per day, bigger inputs, and a large credit grant.
Can I get a refund? +
If something went wrong on our side and the service did not work, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right. We do not refund credits you have already used for rewrites.
